Tla-O-Qui-Aht Community Center

The 30,000 sq.ft. project comprises several key facilities designed to serve the community's diverse needs. It includes a 9,500 sq.ft. full-size gymnasium, complete with a stage and bleachers, providing a versatile space for sports, events, and performances. Additionally, there is a 4,000 sq.ft. community hall intended for gatherings, social events, and community activities. The project also features a 7,500 sq.ft. adult learning center, equipped with a library and a dedicated Nuu-Chah-Nulth language center, fostering education and cultural preservation. Finally, a 9,000 sq.ft. health and counselling center offers a range of health and counseling services to support the well-being of the community. This multi-use community center is designed to serve as a hub for education, health, recreation, and community engagement.
